Hailey Bieber and Bella Hadid wear matching The North Face looks

[ad_1]

Supermodels Hailey Bieber and Bella Hadid have both been spotted in matching forest green fleeces, and I don’t think I’ve ever felt more inspired to dress like a Yorkshire dad on a dog walk.

The celeb-fave fleece in question is from MM6 Maison Margiela’s collaboration with The North Face, and it will set you back a cool £385. Not to worry – if you’re feeling the look, there are plenty more budget-friendly fleeces around. But we’ll get to that in a bit.

On Sunday, Hailey posted a cute wintery ‘fit pic of herself in the fleece. She paired it with super-cool black utility leather trousers, white New Balance trainers, and a black long sleeve crop top. She cinched up the sleeveless fleece with its drawstring toggles so it would also be cropped, and finished the look with a cosy cream beanie and a steaming cup of coffee. As Lady Gaga would say, “incredible, amazing, show-stopping, spectacular…”

Here’s the look – and if this doesn’t make you want to immediately rush out to buy mountaineering gear, I don’t know what will.

Bella Hadid also posted a photo of herself wearing the vest, encouraging her American followers to vote in the US election. Bella wore the vest over a long sleeve black polo tee and black utility trousers. Always one for unexpected accessories, she finished the look with a black studded belt (yep, like the one from your emo phase), a pearl necklace, and tiny rectangle sunnies. Girl has got style.

Outdoor gear brand The North Face has long been popular in the US, with everyone from preppy university students to New York City rappers making the label their own. But the brand has surged in popularity in the UK in the last decade, thanks in part to in-the-know Depop sellers hawking vintage TNF items, a shop on busy Carnaby Street in London, and collabs with big brands like Supreme and ASOS.
